Are you constantly calling up taxi companies for guests only to be told there isn't any available or maybe you get no answer. Using our Reception Booking you can see at a glance of a screen if theres cars available.
Our reception booking gives you access to our booking system. You can see a live map of all our cars. If a guest or client askes for a taxi to be booked all you need to do is enter the pick up details i.e date, time, pick up location and destination along with your clients name. Our system will let you know how long it will take for a car to arrive and also show you the fare estimate that you can pass to your client. If the time and price are ok then all you need do it press book. Once booked if the booking is for ASAP it will automatically be sent to the nearest driver. Once the job has been allocated you will be able to see what the make, model and registration of the car is and be able to follow it on the map as it travels to collect your guest.
You can also pre-book taxis up to 1 month in advance. All pre-booked jobs are allocated to drivers 1 hour before the requested pick up time or straight away if the job is within 1 hour of booking. The minimum time for a pre-booking is 15 minutes.
If you are interested in trying out our reception booking we will send you your own invite email which will guide you through setting up your username and password. once that is done all you have to do is log in. You can keep our page open on its own browser tab to avoid the need to log in each time you need to make a booking.
